When I first started out, I was a stay-at-home mom trying to navigate the unpredictability of military life and my husband’s ever-changing schedule. I needed something that gave me flexibility, allowed me to contribute financially, and still be present for my family, that’s when I discovered the world of Virtual Assistance.
What started as a way to work from home quickly became a fulfilling and successful career. Over the past five years, I’ve built a thriving VA business, supported dozens of entrepreneurs, and even expanded into hiring fellow military spouses through my agency, The Virtual Helping Hand.

The journey to creating The VA Mastery Hub wasn’t easy, but it’s one that’s personal to me. I’m Danielle, a Navy spouse and mom of two. For years, I struggled to find a job that gave me the flexibility I needed—especially with only one car and a husband deployed frequently. It was frustrating. I wanted to contribute financially to my family, but the traditional job market just wasn’t offering me the kind of flexibility that would allow me to still be present for my kids.
That’s when I stumbled upon the world of Virtual Assistance. The flexibility, the ability to work from home, and the chance to truly run my own business—it changed everything. I realized there were other women out there who felt the same way I did, moms who wanted to work, but also wanted to stay home and be there for their children.
Thus, The VA Mastery Hub was born. A place where moms could find the training, support, and confidence they needed to work from home, make an income, and still be the moms they wanted to be. I built this community to help other women take that leap, reclaim their independence, and build a career that works around their life.
